Q: What areas do you cover in London?A: Chelsea, Kensington, Battersea, Brompton, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Fulham, Notting Hill and Holland Park. If your area is not included, please contact us as we will always try to accommodate you.Q: Can you collect and drop-off my dog from my house?A: Yes. Our collection and drop-off service is included in the price of our dog walks and doggy day care. Pet Taxi and Vet Visits are charged per hour.Q: Are you insured to walk dogs professionally?A: Chelsea Dogs is insured to professionally walk and care for all pets. We are fully bonded and insured by NARPS (National Association of Registered Pet Sitters) www.dogsit.comQ: How many dogs do you walk at one time?A: We walk dogs in groups up to a maximum of 5 dogs at any one time. This is a big enough group for the dogs to enjoy the stimulation, activity and the natural feeling of being in a pack; but it is also small enough that we always have control of each dog and know where they are at all times.Q: Do you let the dogs off the lead?A: Usually all dogs are let off the lead in the park. All dogs are put on leads when exiting or entering the car or when we are walking them on the streets. However, if you prefer your dog to be walked on the lead in the park this is no problem and we can discuss this in your first consultation. Q: What do you do in case of an emergency?A: First we will assess the situation, apply any first aid that may be required and call you to discuss. If we can’t get hold of you and further medical attention is required, we will take your dog to your nominated veterinary practice or, depending on the circumstances, the nearest veterinary practice.Q: Do you pick up after the dogs?A: We always pick up after the dogs and carry poop bags with us.Q: Do you only accept well-trained dogs? A: No. We accept all dogs as long as they have no history of aggression or signs of aggression towards other dogs or humans. We are unable to accept Pit Bulls.Q: Do you offer dog walking on the weekends and after hours?A: Absolutely, please contact us for further information and a quote. |
